Shipping Schedule

All orders are dispatched Monday through Thursday only during the summer months to help prevent heat-related damage.

Orders containing chocolate products are shipped only on Mondays or Tuesdays, depending on the final destination, to reduce transit time and minimize risk of melting.

Orders that do not contain chocolate may be shipped on other weekdays at our discretion to ensure prompt and safe delivery.

Address Accuracy

Dolci Aveja is not responsible for delivery delays, lost packages, or returns resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

Please carefully verify your shipping information before completing your purchase.

Packages returned to us due to address errors will incur additional reshipment fees.

Shipping fees are non-refundable in cases of delays caused by closed businesses, unattended locations, or denied access to the delivery site.

Carrier Delays

Estimated delivery times are based on carrier guidelines and do not account for unforeseen events such as extreme weather, peak seasonal volumes, or operational disruptions.
Dolci Aveja cannot be held liable for delays arising from such carrier-related circumstances.

Summer Shipping Policy

During the summer months, to preserve the quality of our chocolate products:

Chocolate orders will ship on Mondays only, using insulated packaging with an ice pack to maintain freshness in transit.

We strongly recommend selecting an expedited shipping option (1–3 business days) to minimize heat exposure.

Customers are responsible for promptly retrieving their package upon delivery. Packages left outside in the heat may experience melting, damage, or variations in taste and texture.

Product Care Guidelines

Dolci Aveja products are fresh, artisanal, and carefully prepared. To maintain their quality:

Store products in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat sources.

Promptly bring your package indoors upon delivery to avoid spoilage or changes in flavor and texture.

Failure to follow these guidelines may result in damage or diminished product quality, for which Dolci Aveja cannot accept responsibility.

Meltable Products Policy

Dolci Aveja takes great care to ensure that chocolate products are shipped in excellent condition, using insulated packaging and ice packs during the summer months. Orders containing chocolate are shipped only on Mondays to reduce transit time and the risk of weekend delays.

We strongly recommend that customers select an expedited shipping option (2–3 business days) for all chocolate orders. It is also the customer’s responsibility to promptly retrieve the package upon delivery and avoid leaving it outdoors or in direct sunlight, as heat exposure can cause melting and affect quality.

Because Dolci Aveja guarantees that chocolate items are carefully packaged and dispatched in proper condition, we do not offer refunds or replacements for chocolate that melts in transit. Once shipped, the risk of heat exposure during last-mile delivery rests with the customer, who must choose the appropriate shipping speed and manage package retrieval responsibly.

Additionally, due to the perishable and food-based nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

In the event of an exceptional circumstance, customers may contact us directly. Any accommodation or resolution will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Dolci Aveja.
