Amaretti are among the most loved of our almond and hazelnut pastries, representing the excellence of Italian tradition. Made with only Italian almonds, fresh egg whites, and sugar, these cookies are soft and chewy in the middle, with a thin, golden crust—characteristic of the L’Aquila style. Unlike traditional crisp Amaretto cookies, ours feature a soft-baked center. With no added colorings or flavorings, their intense almond flavor makes them a perfect pairing with coffee or espresso and an ideal gift for your loved ones.

I couldn't wait to receive my order after seeing ads on Facebook appearing to taste so yummy. Sadly, it's not the case. I'm not even a picky eater, but they have a very odd smell & taste as if they are old. And the inside is not as soft as I imagined. I don't like to be negative; however, big disappointment & I would've been better off buying a store brand for much less. Not worth the price at all.

I have been missing these type of…

I have been missing these type of cookies ever since I visited Italy on many occasions. Most of the products you find here in the stores are really not what you get in Italy and these were as real as it gets. When I ordered the Assorted Amaretti and the Ferratelle I was hoping they would not disappoint and they didn't. The smell alone was incredible, the flavor and the texture was exactly what I hoped for. I am just glad that someone is making this available to us here in the states. I would highly recommend you give them a try especially if you like and appreciate cookie craftsmanship.
