Once your package is with the carrier, delivery usually takes 2–5 business days, depending on the shipping method and region. Carrier delays, weather and holidays are outside our control, but we are always happy to help you follow your package.
If your sweets arrive damaged, or something goes wrong with the carrier along the way, simply email us a photo at info@dolciaveja.us and we will make it right with a replacement or a refund.
